Delete your evabl account

If you want to delete your account and associated data for the evabl app, follow the steps below.

Steps to request account deletion

1. Send an email from the same email address you used to create your evabl account. We can only process deletion requests from the account holder’s email.
2. Use this exact subject line: evabl – Request to delete my account
3. In the message, include:
   • A clear request to delete your account (e.g. “I would like to delete my evabl account.”)
   • Your email address (the one associated with your account).
4. Send the email to: hi@evabl.ai

After we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion. We will confirm once your account and data have been removed.

What we delete and what we keep

When you request account deletion, we delete:

• Your evabl account — your profile and any data stored in the app.
• Your contact and signup record — the information we use to get in touch with you (e.g. waitlist or account signup).

We do not retain your personal data after deletion is complete. Processing is typically completed within a short period after we verify your request; we do not keep deleted data for any additional retention period.
